Arrive Lima airport and Transfer to yout hotel - Overnight at Jose Antonio Hotel or similar
Take a half day tour of the City and Visit colonial Lima’s downtown: go around the Main Square, where you can find the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace and the Metropolitan City Hall, historic and traditional buildings.In the afternoon transfer to the airport to take your flight to Arequipa. Arrival to Arequipa and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at San Agustin Posada Del Monasterio or similar.
Take a City Tour and Visit the Ciudad Blanca (White City), one of the most important in Peru, surrounded by three volcanoes. Founded in 1540, the city has a historic downtown made out of white volcanic stone, from where the city gets its name. (B)
Departing early and drive to Yura Village and Aguada Blanca National Reserve and Pampa Cañahuas. We will make a stop at Patahuasi before heading for Chivay, where you will be able to have lunch at a local restaurant or at your hotel. Overnight at Casa Andina Classic Colca Hotel or similar
Leaving early in the morning to visit the Cross of the Condor, the best location to admire the Colca Canyon and the flight of the majestic condor.

Heading out of the city of Puno towards Taquile Island, about 35 kilometers away and 3950 meters above sea level. The culture on the island is old, dating back to Pre-Incan times. The islanders still live according to the traditions and beliefs of their ancestors and are world renowned for their tradional clothes and textiles. After lunch, sail over to the famous Uros Islands, a set of man-made floating islands in the middle of the Lake Titicaca National Reserve. Here, you will meet the islanders, hunters and gatherers and descendants of the first altiplano inhabitants, who still live on totora reed platforms. Overnight at Jose Antonio Puno Hotel.(B,L)

As evening descends return to the restaurant car for a sensational dinner as the train continues on its journey into the Cusco region. Awake early to a delicious breakfast, the ideal way to prepare for the day ahead. Savour the panoramic views as the train journeys into Cusco, a colourful city that was once the capital of the Inca empire. All too soon the journey comes to an end. Bid farewell to your crew and transfer to your hotel in Cusco . Time to get to know the city of Cusco, an UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site and possessor of a style all its own. Your half day tour begins at the Koricancha Temple, an old Incan palace and main center for the worship of the sun god, Inti. Later visit the Sacsayhuaman Fortress built of enormous stone blocks expertly shaped by the Incas. It is strategically located at the top of a hill overlooking the city of Cuzco. Awaiting you today is by far and away one of the high points in world tourism: Machu Picchu. Your adventure starts on a train ride by Vistadome to the town of AguasCalientes, where you will disembark and then board a bus that takes you to the actual Machu Picchu archaeological site. You will discover this new Wonder of the World and UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Afterwards return to AguasCalientes for lunch at a local restaurant.
